Veetr Kit Terms

2. Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) governed purchases made through the Veetr Kit E-shop at veetr.com. By placing an order, the customer agreed to these Terms.

3. Ordering and contract conclusion

Customers could place an order through the website. The purchase contract was concluded when the order was confirmed by email. We could contact the customer to confirm details such as delivery options or lead times.

4. Prices and payment

Prices were shown in EUR. Payment was processed securely via Stripe and could include multiple payment methods depending on the customer’s location. Payment was required before shipment.

5. Delivery

Shipping was free. The stated lead time was 6–12 weeks unless otherwise communicated during order confirmation. Delivery times were estimates and could vary depending on production and logistics.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies, for example goods made to your specifications. If an exception applies to an order, we will inform you before confirming the order.

To withdraw, email [email protected] with your order number and a clear statement of withdrawal. We will confirm receipt and provide return instructions.

Unless the goods are defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund the purchase price and the standard outbound shipping, if paid, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.

7. Defective goods and warranty

You have statutory rights regarding defective goods. For consumers, the legal conformity period is 24 months from delivery. To report a defect, contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.

8. Complaints and alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

We prefer to resolve issues directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce) for ADR: Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic, email [email protected], web: adr.coi.cz.

The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has been discontinued. For guidance on consumer dispute resolution bodies in the EU, see consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

9. Data protection

Personal data was processed in accordance with the Veetr Kit Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory protections under the laws of your country of residence.
